These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WebAi Scale website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

WebAi Scale provides AI automation services including, but not limited to, AI chatbot setup, automated follow-up systems, CRM integration, website development, and related digital marketing services for local businesses.

2. Payment Terms

One-time setup fees are due before project commencement
Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

3. Project Delivery

We aim to deliver live systems within 7–14 business days from the strategy call and receipt of payment. Delivery timelines may vary based on client responsiveness and the complexity of the project.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to:

Provide necessary access to platforms and accounts within 48 hours of request
Review and approve deliverables within 5 business days
Provide accurate business information for setup

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all custom-built assets created for their business. WebAi Scale retains the right to use anonymized case studies and results for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Monthly Services

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

WebAi Scale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding three months.

8. Results Disclaimer

While we work to maximize your results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as lead volumes or revenue increases. Results depend on many factors including your industry, market conditions, and business operations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
